HI Marlena, I love your site and everything you have to offer. I was just wondering how long it takes to “restock” items that are “out of stock?” I am desperately in need of brushes and the ones I want are obviously not available. I would love to purchase them. Please advise. Thank you!!
Whenever an item is marked as “out of stock”, we do our best to get more of that item as soon as possible. There are times however, that we run into backorders or delays in shipping with our suppliers. Brushes, in particular, seem to take a little longer to re-stock then other products. Which brushes are you trying to order? I can look into this issue further and perhaps give you a better idea of when that product will be available again. Thank you for your patience!

Thank you for your response. Actually I realized afterwards that the answer to my question is in the FAQ section of the wesbite and so I apologize. Actually I was looking for a brush set, everyday essentials. I noticed that brushes are sold individually on the wesite but not as a kit. In the meantime I have purchased elsewhere but I would prefer to order from makeupgeek as I believe in the products and enjoy Marlena and her advice. I will order in the future and keep checking for updates.

There is no need to apologize at all. Having a set of brushes is a great idea. We are actually working on creating a set of brushes to sell, and it should be available in the near future.
