Nope it is the Maybelline Color Tattoo (Pomegranate Punk)
I had to layer it a few times to get it to show up well. I can’t wait to try the Teal one !!

They are really nice and they stay on! I had on the taupe one the other day and I washed off all the shadow and stuff only to check the mirror and see the Color Tattoo was still on!!

Very very pretty! What eye shadow do you have on? How do you use the Color Tattoo,as a liner? I have 3 & would love to try it.
The eye shadow’s are from my Naked 1 and for the Color Tattoo I just use an angle liner brush.
I wore the Teal one yesterday with pretty much the same shadows. Behind my lashes you couldn’t really tell it was there. Very strange what blue liner does with blue eyes.
