I have to disagree. Some people don’t want to use a third party host to keep their pictures. Saying that it’s the solution to the problem with the pictures on the board is ignoring the simple fact that the feature of the board just doesn’t work. That’s where the problem lies. The tech people need to look at the underlying cause of why the picture feature keeps breaking and find a long lasting solution, not provide the workaround of just going to a third party site.
I just want to make the point that I have not said it’s the solution, and made it clear that I feel issues need to be voiced so they can be dealt with.

I tried that & it’s still not working, guess I’ll try the 3rd party thing… 
I’m using internet explorer & “Disallowed file type” is all that it says!
Now how can i get my profile pic not to be a black box and i also cant publish new looks to my profile
maricruz delgado-olivares, you are posting HTML inside the HTML code. If you are using the image button to add the image then you need to use the direct image link URL provided by your third party host.
Crystal Allen, it would seem that others using Internet Explorer have been experiencing issues.
nicole radtke, your first post didn’t have the image link in the code, the second one had an incomplete image link, and only the last one had a compete image link. As for your profile picture, try uploading it again?
Are you pasting the HTML code or the BB code?
Could you please try posting an image in this thread so I can take a look at it and see what might be the issue. And please, don’t feel that way, posting an image shouldn’t be this difficult.
