i am going to a wedding in june and want to look my best. i usually have my makeup done for events however we are in the process of purchasing a home so that is not going to happen. what is the best foundation that isnt crazy expensive that will work best? please help i am desperate!!! thanks!!!

I swear by Revlon Colorstay Foundation. It’s a really nice full coverage drug store foundation that I always reach for when I need full coverage. Hth.

I second Revlon ColorStay! It has medium to full coverage (depending on how much you build it up), it lasts for a really long time, it doesn’t look cakey or oily as the day goes on, and the lightest color (110 “Ivory”) matches my fair skin perfectly! It also comes in two formulas, one for combination/oily skin (that’s the one I use) and one for drier skin. Good luck! <3

I also have pale skin that is prone to blemishes. I use Neutrogena “Healthy Skin” with a regular foundation brush. I like it more than full coverage foundations because I can target the areas I need most coverage with the point of the brush, but it doesn’t look cakey in other areas. I have never personally tried Revlon Colorstay, but in my experience with foundations that classified themselves as full-coverage, they tended to appear cakey and even oxidize into an overly yellow color over time.
