Never posted here before so I’m probably doing this all wrong.

I’ve been going through MUG since starting on a pre-wedding weight loss plan (so since May?). Planned on doing my own make-up for my wedding and loved the tutorials. Additionally, it was a great way to focus on my appearance and well-being that didn’t involve working out or food.

The wedding was August 11th (lost 35 pounds btw) and here are the pictures.

I’m really happy with how the make-up turned out. I splurged on some products but also used a lot of the products I have from yearly presents from my mom.

I suppose I can post a product list if anyone would like. Let me first just make sure that I can post this correctly.

CC is fine though pointless since the wedding is over.

During fancy photos, post ceremony and crying with no reapplication except lip gloss

Another shot where you can see the eyeshadow better.

End of the night with no reapplication. I’m shiny but good besides that.

It was def more expensive since I bought nice products but I also still HAVE all of those products and have learned so much. Was showing my bridesmaid cousins how to “stipple” as well as demonstrating the awesomeness of monistat chafing gel and MAC Fix spray

Thanks Mariella! I specifically pointed one of my bridesmaids to the site. She jokingly asked, “Do they tell you what to do with big eyes?” and I replied, “yes actually.”

I’ve also toted the site on a Nutrisystem exercise forum.

I’m really happy with how it went and again, thanks so much for the comments. Hope other brides think about doing their own make-up. It was a great area of CONTROL that I had. Definitely helped my mind during the day.
