Hello! My name is Noelle and I am from Virginia, but currently live in Germany for awhile.
I honestly hardly wear makeup. I have had vitiligo(hypopigmentation) since I was 8 and most of my childhood/teen years was spent trying to cover it. After a couple of years I have learned to accept it and I went barefaced all the time.
I have now found a happy medium and it seems I have fallen in love with makeup the past couple of months…I guess it’s because I recently had a wedding and that one day I felt beautiful. My makeup artist made me feel like I could look and feel that beautiful whenever I wanted so here I am

Hi all! My name is Jess & I’m new to the community. I just started to get into makeup. I’ve always loved it, I just never went any further than just my go-to simple natural look. My mother never used to let me wear anything but a little & VERY natural makeup. She always said little is perfection. Granted, I was blessed with young and good skin….not needing a lot of makeup. and i live in london with my partner and 3 children.
growing up i was a real tom boy, but after seeing all of my best friends makeup when i was about 12 i seemed to become girly lol.
my partner thinks i’m nuts because of the amount of makeup i own, but he puts up with it.
i’m trying to save up now to go on a makeup course, but as i’m currently a full time mum moneys tight.

Never though I could rock the colourful smoky eye but I’ve worn it out a few times now and I **LOVE** it!

Hi there… My name is Laura, 31 in Houston, Texas. I actually happened upon this website by accident. I have never been one for looking at tutorials, I usually just play with my make up and figure it out from there! But I was needing a very specific look, and I wanted to get it perfect, so I googled the look and voila!
I will be going back to school, for cosmotology in either the fall of 2012 or spring of 2013, depending on scheduling. I love hair, make up, hell beauty in general!
