Hi! I was wondering if someone could help. I have a few scars on my legs that are very visible and I have tried to cover them up, but they show through. Does anyone have a good routine they can share with me?

    Thank you!

Hey … My friend was shot in the leg by her dad (accident). She used something called Skinderma to help fade the scar. She didnt say anything bad about it… next time i see her ill ask her if it works good.

tocover it up… Do a search on you tube… i find lots of info on there and i did a quick search and lots of tuts came up on concealing leg scars.

Hope yer scars arent too bad !

I desperately need help with leg scars as well. I got two pretty bad scars on my leg from kite boarding in Key West when I hit some jagged rocks. Have one on my ankle and the worse one is right on the front of my shin. They aren’t raised just a purple color, my tatto artist said the color was because it is dead skin. I am using his recommendation of vitamin e oil, which he said will take a year or so to fade them out.

There has to be a quicker/better way. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated!

As for covering them up, Dermablend a super thick and rich coverup that completely covers tattoos and imperfections. It would work great to hide any type of  scar. It’s a little over 20$ for a tub, but you only need a SMALL amount each time, so it will last you a long time. Def worth the investment!

Dermablend makeup would work for covering them up.  As for healing, Bio Oil or Rosehip Oil.  I burned my arm a week ago (hot oil) and have some nice burn marks from my wrist to my elbow.  I’ve been using Rosehip Oil and it’s helping it to heal quite well.  You can also use Rosehip Oil on your face.   Rosehip Oil is meant to help regenerate skin tissue.
