    Hi Marlena!
I noticed that someone else posted about goose like skin under their eyes. I have the same problem with the added bonus of dark circles. What can you recommend?

    Hello,
I’m 40 years old with expression wrinkles and a blue vein under the left eye, what would be the best concealer to conceal and correct but light and discreet? I don’t want to look like I’m an actress for an FX movie :-P
I’m also searching for an concealer that wouldn’t make my fine lines more pronounced.
    Thanks

    HI Marlena

My questions are, which company is best MAC or Sephora for concealers? What types are there for concealers? Like liquid powder etc.

can you also mention best concealers (different brand and price range), since lets say i heard good things about eve pearl concealer but can’t find it in my city so maybe alternatives to that?

I am sixteen and I don’t have a lot of money for fancy expensive makeup so drug store concealers are my go-to.

I have rosacea which is a respiratory condition that gives rise to an orangy-pink blotchy complexion beneath the skin on areas such as the cheeks, chin, nose, etc. My rosacea is concentrated on my cheeks and my chin.

I have a very fair complexion and I haven’t had luck with green colored drug store concealers to conceal the redness so i have opted for a yellow concealer that is generally used for darker areas on the face. The yellow concealer works fairly well.

My question is, is there any way that I can get better coverage whilst using drug store concealers? I don’t mind that my cheeks are red I just don’t like the blotchy-ness. Is there a particular technique I need to be using? a particular brand of concealor.

I also have eczema on my face and have really dry skin. :-3

I don’t like to wear foundation, but I really need concealer for my dark under-eye circles. I need it to stay on all day. I am looking into investing a high end concealer. What do you recommend?

    Hi marlena,

So almost always I have acene that’s red enough so u can’t see it clearly (not that red but still a little bit more then light) so I was wondering What concealer works best yellow or green? Thx!

    Hi marlena,

So my question is do you need to apply foundation with a concealer? Or can we just apply concealer?

I have blemishes on my skin and dark circles under my eyes. I use colour correctors for these problems but no “concealer” (meaning skin coloured) as such. Do I need both or can one be used for these problems? I’m finding that I’m not impressed with the coverage that the colour corrector does on its own.

    Hi Marlena :)

I wanted to ask, how can you tell whether you have red, blue or green undertones and what concealer should be used to counteract with each undertone?

    Thanks

Hi! My mom has dark age spots on her skin and its like a brownish color. She’s real insecure about them and tries to cover them up but nothing really seems to work. Should she use a concealer or a corrector? And what color should she use to correctly cover them up? She has a fair to medium skin tone.

    Thanks so much,
    Courtney

    Hi Marlena,

Hope you’re well. Love your videos! I only started wearing concealer about 6 months ago for the first time, and I got a CoverGirl one to start. It seems pretty okay, but it doesn’t give a lot of coverage, and doesn’t cover my dark circles (which are kind of greenish…?!). Any recommendations of the best concealers for greeny-dark circles? :)

Skin is NW33 (I’m matching my chest area since I NEVER wear any clothing near my throat unless forced to).

Isuue is not so much dark circles but bone structure – those ‘circles/hollows’ whatever you want to call them are in my kindergarten pics (and no I didn’t have dark circles at 5 years old!). See profile pic – you’ll understand. That isn’t the greatest pic but it shows the problem (and I’ve deepened the hair color since then).

How do I make them less prominent?

Within a few hours the mascara on my lower lids rubs off on my concealer. How do I keep this from happening?
