    Ok.

    For some reason I have had this notion, ever since I can remember, of “it’s better to use powder foundation (or any other type of makeup items) during the summer (because of the higher production oils and sweat), and liquid / cream foundation in the winter (because you tend to be prone to dryness)”

    I cannot for the life of me figure out where I heard that from. I swore it was from a tutorial video, but now I can’t find anything online, to verify if that is true or not. Can anyone help?
