    My town, Houma, La just got a new Ulta store that opened this past Friday, and I’m proud to say that I was the very first costumer to walk through the doors.  I’m so proud of my accomplishment (lol) and I’m so very happy to have Ulta in my town.  My first purchase included the ud black palette and two sets of Real Techniques brushes.  Yay!
