    Hi, I was wondering if someone had tried out the ELF cream eyeliners and could tell me if they are good quality or not.

    I’ve got one of them (black). It comes with a tiny angle brush which you can use if you want. It applies well, dries fairly quickly.

    Excellent on the waterline!  Stays all day long!

    It’s not too bad. Dries fast so just make sure you close the cap while applying the product on your eyes. Stay power is good. But honestly, it doesn’t make up for the Bobbi Brown and Mac one at all.
