Can anyone recommend tips and techniques for defining the crease? I know where my crease is but when I try to apply the eyeshadow I never get a defined line and It appears as if the color I’m applying is actually above my crease.

What brush are you using to apply it?

Have you tried applying a liner and blending that out with a little eyeshadow? That should give a more precise application, but the allow you shadow variety.
