I think with short nails is fun, with long nails it looks tacky

im 28, I play with it, I have black, silver and teal.. I liked to put it on random nails, and on my toes, never on all.. I just don’t like the effect on all because its not the same.. some give a lot a crackle and others not enough.. weird I know.. I say, If you like it, do it.. ! If you have long nails, You should try it as a french tip.. it looks pretty neat!

I used crackle nail polish to achieve this look on my nails; I thought of splattered paintings. Different.

I love the silver one from sephora. I’ve found that if you apply a second coat (while the first is still tacky) you get a more intense “deep” crackled effect! I’m 23 for reference :)

I’m 27 and I love crackle nail polish. I was hesitant at first, so I did it on my toes and it was so fun! I find color on my fingernails strange because 99% of the time I don’t have any color on them, but I tried “The Show Must Go On” by OPI (sparkly deep cranberry tone) with gold metallic crackle and the effect was amazing! The gold crackle toned down the color but with the redish color showing through the cracks made the polish interesting. I’m going to do it again soon, so I’ll try to post a picture of it.

I know loads of people at work who wear the crackled nail polish and I really like them and I normally have longish nails and I don’t think they look tacky

yeah Ive been using it alot. i just ordered some nail polishes that are pretty spring colors. I want to paint each nail with a diff color and use a white crackle over top. if i can figure it out, i’ll post a pic on how it turned out.
