I really need good quality makeup but cheap! I like e.l.f with 1$ things but i need more like name brand palletes. They need to be cheap (as i have said).

Also I want a product that can be used for multiple things, like tinted mosterizer. I REALLY want the liquid that turns eyeshadow into eye liner. That would be great if you could give ma a price that was like 5 dollars and if not less than 10$. THANKS!

You don’t need a special liquid to turn eyeshadow into eyeliner. Just dip your brush in some water first, then use some colour from the edge of the eyeshadow pan.

    And water is FREE.

I love this palette I learned about it on these forums, a little over a year ago
It is 20. bucks with free shipping. I know it is not under ten dollars but it will add 120 highly pigimented colors to your collection.
Also check out coastal scents, they have great palettes and brushes and often have good sales.
    Hope that helpes.

If you search 120 palette you can get it for a little over $10 these days. There’s a lot of these kinds of generic palettes floating around, Coastal Scents and BH Cosmetics as an example, which you can get for cheaper on eBay. But, as stated, they’re generic, not name brand.

What kind of brands are you looking for? I don’t really understand what you mean by “brand name”. Drug store, high end, middle of the rung, slightly off to the side and stuffed under a bag of M&Ms?

I just got the UD rollergirl palette for $13 on their official website. It has 4 eye colors, 1 liner pencil and 1 mini gloss. They’ve got some stuff on clearance but that was the cheapest palette. I can’t think of where you’d get high end palettes for under $10. I’d buy them up myself it I knew where to get that deal. A lot of people sell MAC pigment in sample jars, you can try a lot of colors without spending a lot. Then you can spend for a full size when you find a color you love. A 1/4 teaspoon sample lasts a really long time (for me anyway).

Just keep your eye out for sales! Sephora, Ulta, going to the major brands websites and checking out the sale sections. Go to QVC, HSN and try out kits when they come available so you can numerous products for a good price. Drug stores have good products too, I love Revlon products because I have never had a bad experience and they don’t test on animals (plus) but you can return what you don’t like as long as you have your receipt.

Yes, keep your eyes peeled for deals. As @Caelia27 says, go to the Sephora and Ulta websites and search ‘palettes’ and/or ‘combination sets’–also put ‘sale’ into their search boxes and sometimes some awesome bargains pop up. Nyx also has GREAT palettes on their website that you don’t usually see in the stores. They range from $10 up depending on how big it is. Sephora and Ulta also put out large seasonal palettes. They are usually in the 20 to 30 dollar range but you get a ton of colors and product.

Instead of purchasing a tinted moisturizer, just look for a liquid bronzer under 10$ in a drugstore because you can apply it over your moisturizer nice, it’s easy. (fyi i use mine on my LIPS too, so in a sense i find liquid bronzer can do multiple things)
Or if you get a dark illuminator, either in a pressed or loose powder (same with a bronzer) it could give the same effect as a tinted moisturizer, an illuminator like that i suspect will be more than 10 however

    good luck!

I so agree with Shelly…I designate the upper right corner (if square) ot the ‘top’ of the round pan of any dark shadow to be used for liner. Moisten the brush, don’t have it dripping (you can always get another drop of water if needed) – and work the brush in the color – you will see it start to cling sorta pasty.

    @tonia G

I have see the link you have put, and I feel betrayed by the bad reputation of Spain..

The Body Needs don’t send to Spain, because (this is what they say to me) “spanish girls are impatient”. I can’t order anything…

But @fisher266 I’m suscribed to this page:

And when I started buying makeup (don’t have much money) and the truth is that you have everything and cheaply ;D

Because my eyes tend to be too moist, I can’t really wear any liners or mascara that isn’t waterproof, so lining with water doesn’t even last me half the day. Thanks to Bare Escentuals they have their “weather everything” liner sealer. The only downside I have is that you have to make sure that the powder is pretty fine (tried using it on a wet n wild shadow that I didn’t break down fine enough so it kinda failed – but it works great with my Sephora shadow palettes that I have.) Use the pod to add the powder, add a drop or 2, or 3 – depending on how much powder – and then line away.

It is a little steep at $18 but is waaay more than worth it, because it lasts on your face until you take it off, but also because how long the bottle will last you. The only reason why I recently bought a new one is because I either lost it, or one of my sisters took it from me “accidentally” and they don’t know where it is. The first one had lasted me over 2 years and I still had plenty to keep going. I only could find it either online, or at the Bare Escentuals locations. I absolutely love this stuff.

Here it is at amazon: Bare Escentuals Weather Everything Liner Sealer

    Hope that helps!
