Best under eye concealer for dry lids

I have decided to start this topic because I am really tired on searching a good concealer for my dry lids Of course not only my lids but my skin as well… I have pretty light skin with neutral undertone. I would like to find a good concealer which will cover some veins and doesn’t set in my fine lines… I have received advices that I need to set my concealer with powder and it will not crease, but if I do so my skin looks sooo dry and I feel very uncomfartable…
I would appreciate a lot your comments and suggestions!

I have the same problem. My eyelids are so dry, if I use powder on them it get’s terrible (I get some deep cuts that hurt a lot and the skin falls apart).

I hydrate them very well. At night before sleep I apply petroleum jelly all over the eyes, my doctor told is the best thing and it’s completely free of alcool. (and makes eyelash grow**)
It makes the eyelids very smooth and soft.

I try to avoid concealer liquid or 24h. (they have some thing that dry to hell the skin).

I use Emanuel Ungaro cream concealer by MAC. (after good primer, good cream for drylids and a soft chanel vitalumiere aqua foundation)
