Anyone have advice on purchasing a good eyelash curler? Ebay has an Urban decay curler, went on UD site and didn’t see it. It seem to be more versatile but I don’t use one for myself and am reluctant to use on others. Would you recommend I use after mascara or before? I am new to applying mascara and curling on others so any tips you can give me would be greatly appreciated!!
The best one is the Shu Uemura eyelash curler. Unfortatntly they dont’ make them anymore but you can find them on Amazon and Ebay. The next best one is by Tarte. I have tried the Urban Decay one and I was very disappointed in them. I would most definitley go with one either the Shu Uemura if you can find it or the Tarte, the really are the best.
