Hello makeup geeks !!
I’m new to this website and I’m so excited about discovering and meeting people like me !
I’ve been on the search for months and months now for the absolutely fantastically ridiculously PERFECT concealer that exists in the holy world of makeup. When I was becoming a teen, mother nature cursed me with acne
Since then everything’s clearing – touch wood- but it has left me with terrible scars ! The worst part is they’re deep and dark red because they’ve been there for ages now. I desperately need a concealer to go with one of my many foundations. The concealer needs to be creamy, full coverage but with no exception should it make my face erupt once again into a volcanic mass ! So guys I’m looking for something for acne prone skin that is non-acnegic , non-comedogenic and has no fragrance. This is VITAL. It can be drugstore or whatever but i have to be able to purchase online. I’m really hoping for some answers (please?). What are your experiences and what would you recommend ?PS : MAC Concealers break me out.
Lots of love, stay beautiful. xoxo
August 25, 2012 at 7:25 pm #188241Honestly? There is no “best” or “perfect” anything, because it’s so subjective and dependent on so many factors.
That said, the ones that come to mind first are Vichy Dermablend Corrective Cream Stick…

MUFE Full Cover…

Kat Von D Tattoo Concealer (it may help with the redness)…

August 25, 2012 at 7:37 pm #188242There is a several products by Cover Fx. The first one is Acne Treat & Conceal, they also have a Total Cream Coverage Foundation that can be used as a concealer. These are thick and take some getting use to but work remarkably! You can purchase all this online at http://www.coverfx.com. The history of this is that is was originally designed for burn victims and people with skin disorders achieve flawless skin. Check it out and watch some reviews to see if it would be something you would be interested in. Hope this helps…:-)

August 26, 2012 at 3:30 pm #188315I use Mary Kay concealer and foundation. They have great quality makeup and it’s never made me break out. (I think you may have to know a Mary Kay consultant to order, but check the website. I’m sure you’ll be able to find a consultant somewhere though)
