Wristlets. Yay or nay?

If you received a nice coach wristlet as a gift, would it be love or meh? My husband seems to think that they are "meh" and not functional  , but he's a dude and I'm like, "Yeah, they rock! Girls love this stuff!" So what do you think? :?:

I think they come in good use for leaving quick out the door for a short drive. Just to keep cash or coins in it. or even a credit card and license.

I also believe they can be handy for quick trips into town. That way you don't have to lug around a big purse, you can just grab some money, credit cards and your license. I'm not sure if I'd use one because there's a lot of odds and ends that I like to have with me that I keep in my purse.. but that's personal preference. I can understand why many people enjoy owning a little wristlet!

In my country there's a bit of a stigma attached to those. In slang they're called bögslunga, which would translate to 'gay sling', because in the past, it's mostly gay men that have used them. I don't think I'd use one because it doesn't fit my style and I can't actually remember ever seeing them for sale here. Cultural differences I guess! That said, I don't really mind how they look and I imagine it'd look quite nice paired with a casual dress. :) If you want one, you should get one. It's not really up to other people to decide what -you- should or should not like!

I think they're great for when I go out to the bar or go out dancing. If I'm wearing something with pockets I'll usually just throw my cards and money in them, but if I'm wearing something pocketless or I want to look special without having to look stupid lugging a purse around at the bar, it's perfect to hold your essentials and say, a lipgloss in. I think they're very useful, but a man really couldn't understand that. They don't carry around odds and ends the way that women do.

It's useful stuff. I had to get a little purse of my own to keep odds and ends in when I moved to New York because the only stuff it made sense to carry with me was a bit of money, driver's license, metro card, debit card, lipbalm and cellphone that a full sized purse wasn't justified. I don't like carrying stuff on my arms so I went for this: http://kip.imageg.net/graphics/product_ ... 64v380.jpg because I love kipling to bits and pieces and this is a bag that can take A LOT of abuse (I have a backpack that I got when I was three years old and it still looks brand new. Not even the color faded). But if you don't mind carrying things a wristlet could actually be tremendously useful for you.
I accidentally a cola bottle. Is this bad?
