I think it looks great on other people but every time I try to use it, it goes terribly terribly wrong. It looks like i have so much makeup on my face, even if i don't, and even with very natural muted colors it make me look like a clown or like i have a red face (regardless of color pink, red, coral, plum it all looks the same on my face)
Not to sound arrogant but i am NOT a makeup Newbie. It is not that i apply too much and i have tried so many brands, brushes, and it still looks bad on me. My only explanation is that i am so fair skinned that i am doomed to have every blush look like redness. IDK. I am very olive toned and lighter than an NC15.
My issue is that i have no idea how to bring life to my skin and make it look dimensional when i cannot apply blush or bronzer without it ruining the rest of my makeup.
Any Ideas?

It definitely looks good on camera, be it video or still. I think that blush is good for people who completely lack color or markings on their face, like kim kardashian or marlena.
