how do I leave a comment on articles?

this is my first visit to this site so I cant figure out how to leave a comment on articles

I was hoping to leave a question on this topic <7 Ways to Look Younger Using Just Makeup!>

I tried clicking on this <leave comment> thing, but it just doesnt works.. nothing happens

somebody please tell me how to!

I just checked, it doesn't work for me either. I tried in both Chrome and Firefox.

Yeah, okay, on that one, it doesn't work.

I checked another older post after that one, just to make sure it wasn't just the one you're talking about. But it didn't work, either. Based on that, I'm thinking that the site has a plugin installed to disable commenting after a certain period of time. (In that case, there should be a way for whoever's in charge of the backend to fix it so that, when commenting becomes disabled, the link says "Commenting Disabled" instead of "Leave Comment".)

WordPress is suppose to tell you if the commenting has been disabled.

I was also unable to comment on articles a couple days ago when I tried (in Firefox).

Also, I just noticed there's an issue with the RSS detection for the front page.
