No I dont think it means on average cause in the rules on makeupalley, it says no O/A. :?

It stand's for other alternative's Like if you're trying to swap for something on mua, they don't want you asking for O/A which mean's trying to charge people for the item. People do it anyway's lol.

So I didn't see was a nice neat list ever compiled? It'd be awesome to have all the makeup "terms" in a nice neat list?!
