Do you ship internationally?
We do ship everywhere, but there are a few countries that we have had issues with such as Italy and Ukraine. We’re not sure if it’s due to their local postal system, but if you live in one of these countries or your local postal system is not very reliable, you may want to choose Global Priority shipping so that your order can be insured. For shipping rates, please see above. Also be aware that depending on your country's regulations, International orders may be subject to additional duty fees.

Well I can verify that Italy has a huge problem with posting (nice to know we're on par with the Ukraine!). I would never ever have anything sent to me here, as the post when it does come, can be interfered with and in some cases items stolen unless the package is registered, and even then it's a hit and miss whether your package will arrive. One of the things I truly hate about this country

Ladies, the MUG store does ship everywhere, and I've ordered myself a lot of times - no problem in Belgium!
You have to use PayPal to pay and even if you only have € on your paypal account, PayPal does convert in $ so that's no problem at all.

Italy is notorious for their die-hard customs policy and holding the packages, which is why there are a lot of e-tailers who don't want to ship there.

I am also interested in ordering something. But could you ship it as gift? because if it is not shipped as gift i have to pay even more taxes on it Switzerland has high taxes on everything
