Hi Marlena!

I am brand spankin' new to your boards, but not your tutorials...hope I do this right & did not miss anything!

I would LOVE to see several different tutorials...

1) Black & White Photo makeup! I would love to see the more dramatic makeup looks needed for successful looks of such! ;)

2) 40+ looks! As in 40 years old and up! I am uber young at heart...still holding up pretty well, too! ;) But it seems that I get into one of two ruts...looking like a "cougar' wearing young trends...or looking like an "old lady!" I need a happy medium!

Thank you! You RAWK!

I love your vids. Just a suggestion... Maybe you could bring in people and do their make up on vids so we may get ideas on different skin tones, face shapes, eye shapes, etc. You could show us how to work with different problems on different people and we can see you at work.

Thank you for listening to us and our requests.

Can you please do a tutorial on Mac's "Da Bling, Rosy outlook" and LaLa" I bought these last week, used them once, and looked really weird. I'm about ready to sell them. :(

I LOVE your tutorials, Marlena! Your videos are perfect!

But, I'd like to see videos featuring cheap/drugstore dupes for popular high end shades since brands like MAC aren't affordable for a lot of people, or just videos featuring cheap/drugstore products in general.

First, I would like to say that I love Marlena's tutorials :D ! Makeup Geek is the most informative makeup tutorial channel that I am subscribed to, to say the least (if there is someone who does a better job at informing and educating, I would be surprised).
I think that this might be hyper-intensive, but I tend to think of Marlena as the Guru's Guru for all things Make-up, so I have a notion that she can do this. I've been focusing on my eyes forever because I gave up on getting my whole face together. I have combination skin, which is mostly more oily than dry. I've found that, if I am diligent about moisturizing, I only have dryness between my brows as far done as the bridge of my nose (this is the only area that is essentially always dry). However, my skin is very oily and while I have only used drug store foundations, I worry about paying a lot of money for a high end primer, foundation, and/or setting powder that isn't the greatest at dealing with my particular issues. I think that a tutorial about the best face products for different skin types would be very helpful.

Hey, I'm new here and I'd like to say first of all that you are awesome! I've been looking for a good makeup hint type site forever! Your tutorials are easy to follow and amazing.

My request or suggestion would be a halloween tutorial for cat makeup. I'm a cat every year for halloween, and, unfortunately, my makeup is often lacking.

Thanks alot!!

whoah is this even going to be SEEN with so many requests?... Anyway I'd firstly love to see Marlena use SUGARPILL COSMETICS and see what gorgeous colours you can come up with (if you own any sugarpill - it's the hot new thing).

secondly if you've seen the movie James Cameron's AVATAR I'd really like to see you do one of the Nav'i (Blue people) from that movie, that would be WICKED Awesome.

Thanks Luv from 33 year old Melanie from Australia :) :) long time watcher of your videos and brought from your store!!  ;)

Eyebrows!

Can you do a tutorial that shows which products you use on your eyebrows? Maybe some guidance on colors for different hair/skin tone combos?

Hey Marlena!

I'd love to see more about makeup for deep set/hooded eyes.
I love watching your tutorials, but am not sure if I can use those techniques on my eyes.

I love your videos..keep them coming!!

I would like to know what you think about the bh cosmetic line. They seem to have some really fantastic palettes for really reasonable prices. I would like to know how well they hold up and all before taking the plunge. :-)

Thanks! And you are doing such a fantastic job!
