I really love Mark. shadows right now. Especially retro peacock. Oh and the powder foundation? I just got it today and love it just as much as Shiseido. That's HUGE for me. The Shiseido was my Holy Grail powder for the past 15 years. Insane!!! What were we talking about?!
Oh yes, I'd love to see more (and PLEASE carry it in your store!) Barry M. Loving NYX right now, and some HIP shadows I picked up. MAC is great, but there is so much out there! It's great that you are looking into doing more of the other brands too
Nars, MUFE, and maybe some Sephora brand items or drugstore brands that you have found to be amazing. The entire tutorial doesn't have to be a certain brand does it? I think that it is great when you give honest reviews on products regardless of the price....some MUGS are willing to pay a lot of money for a product if they hear great things about it. Some may be able to purchase the higher ends items and some may not, but having reviews on products from different price points seems fair to me! I too would love to know why you are moving away from MAC somewhat...I am just getting into MAC so I am curious. Thank you Marlena for all you do! You rock!!!!!
I'd like to see UD, but with CS matte pallete. UD is too shimmery on its own and can't be worn for daytime. I have all the UD palettes and (being 40 years old), can't find a way to wear them, such a waste as the colours are fantastic and so unique.
I said Revlon, Covergirl, Milani..basically the drugstore stuff! I can't always splurge on the high end products, so I'd love to see some products that I have access to.
I voted Nyx, because it is fairly easy to find (I can always get it from you) and because I assume you didn't mean drugstore brands. My fave drugstore brands are Bourjois (because I think the quality is excellent for the price) and Rimmell. I also agree with referencing MAC for colors and brushes because info on MAC is readily available on the internet, so it makes a good universal comparison.
MUFE, Smashbox (2 locations only) and NARS are sold in Canada (and internationally). I don't know what the palettes selection means. Otherwise, the drugstore brands would be nice to hear about because those are accessible to other countries. Also, I've seen recommendations for Avon, but what about Arbonne? I've been hearing about them a lot lately.
I Voted Nars But I also love Stila, Dior and Ben Nye(and basically all makeup brands lol) I just feel that some of this brands are underestimated and you really don't see too many tutorial on them.
