For my lower lash line I used Navy e/l by Clinique and then I went over it with one of the dark blues from the 88 color palette. I hope that helps a little

This is my take on it... i must say i LOVED IT!!! I did like it a lot.. i like it so much i did it on my mom (you'll see in the last pic) Hope u guys like it.. i has a loot of fun doing it! (The camera didnt do much justice to the colors )

What color/brand of blue are you all using for underneath the lower lashes? I'm having a hard time figuring out a true blue to use I was going to do a tut on it tonight, but wasn't feeling great, so I will tape tomorrow

I used MAC fluid line in Blue deep and then put a little NYX Morocco on top... hope that helps
