How are people supposed to know if you don't allow posts?

Postby candydimples on Sun Dec 25, 2011 2:21 am

Alright, so I'm confused...I tried posting a review about an item I bought from this very website (MUG) about an item which wasn't so great.. and I didn't say anything too rude, only that I don't recommend buying it because it didn't work for me..Is there something wrong with voicing my opinion to help other people? It's no wonder that the site "coincidentally" doesn't have any critical reviews for the brush I bought. Only "awesome" from every one; they hide all the bad reviews. Very disappointed with this. If it was a truly good brush, the company would own its mistakes and maybe try to fix it instead of hiding it.

By the way, out of all the 5 brushes I bought I was only partially satisfied with one. Definitely don't recommend buying from here. Great tutorials but not so great brushes.

Thank you all for your time

Which brush was it? I go through the review queue and I don't hold back any review posts unless they are spam or people just asking questions (not real reviews)
