Valentines is right around the corner and we wanted to share a look to highlight your natural beauty with the ones you love.  Because everyone loved this Valentines look last year, we’ve updated this post a bit.  If you don’t have access to the NYX Pine Nut eyeshadow used in the video, you can also use the Makeup Geek Mocha eyeshadow — it’s better quality too ;)

As always, start with priming your eye with your favorite primer:

Apply turquoise MUG Poolside eyeshadow to whole lid :

Then apply dark brown to crease (MUG Bada Bing):

Blend MUG Goddess & Mocha upwards from the crease:

Then add a hint of MUG Corrupt to outer corner and crease to bring a bit more depth:

Add a hint of MUG White Lies to highlight:

Then apply sticky base for the glitter, I used Fyrinnae’s Pixie Epoxy.
I carefully patted Pixie Epoxy to the lid:

And then carefully patted MUFE Diamond Powder #008 to the middle of the lid:

Same thing over the brown shadows with MUFE Diamond Powder #015:

I also added a hint of black MUFE glitter (#110) over the black shadow.
Then I lined my upper lashline with black liquid liner:

Then I lined my lower lashline with MUFE Aqua Eyes pencil #12L:

I blended the pencil with MUG Poolside, and liner my waterline with black pencil:

Then I just added mascara:

And the look is done!

Mainly because I love bold and crazy looks and here’s a step-by-step tutorial to create one crazy look!

Some of you may recognize this as MAC’s halloween face chart from few years back:

Start with priming your face with your favorite primer. Apply white base for your skin. Use red shadow for your eyes (Sugarpill Love+). Add more red with powder brush or similar to make it blend nicely. Here's how I blended it. Then use blending brush to apply black shadow (Sugarpill Bulletproof) to the sides of your nose. Like this. Then apply some black shadow to the crease. So there. Then some black shadow to your lower lashline. Like this. Next we add some black pencil to line eyes. Like this. Let's then add some more red to eyes, so that they really stand out. Better already. Next we define cheeks, apply some black shadow, find you own bone structure. Apply even more red to blend out the black. Result. Apply mascara. 20 Look can be used like this too, if you don't like the "crackles". 22 Use thin brush and gel liner/ liquid liner to draw small cracks to the sides of your nose where you added black shadow. Something like this. Make also some cracks to temples. Something like this. I also added some random cracks to my forehead and cheeks. Then line your lips with black, and fill with white (for example the base you used for skin) to make them gray, or use your own color! Start with the white / light base. I know I should've done it much whiter myself, but of well. Then I made line from the corner of my mouth almost to ear (I used basic black pencil). Then some more depth to cheeks, I used MUFE flash colors black, and some blue and turquoise. Continue the shading, find your own bone structure, and apply more dark to it. Then the nose. There lots of different ways to do the "skull nose" (or noseless)I chose this one. I used again MUFE black flash color, which I then finished with matte black eyeshadow to make it appear deeper and less shiny. Then eyes. Again, find where your bone are, go with them. I wanted to make them also bigger, so I extended the color higher. I used MAC greasepaint stick Slick Black, because I didn't want it to smudge. Then I used blue base (MUFE blue & turquoise flash color) on the edger of black on eyes, and then applied Sugarpill Royal Sugar over the blue base. I also applied Royal Sugar to cheeks, so they would go well with the eyes and look deeper too. Then I applied some sequins to the look (and I used basic lash glue to attach them). ..and same for the other side. I then just drew black thin line to my lips, so they would look kinda like teeth (I used black liquid eyeliner, because I didn't find my thin brush at that moment :D). Next I did both the web-thing to the forehead, as well as the chin- thingie. On forehead I just drew the lines with black pencil, and on chin I used again black, and blue&turquoise for "blending", and added sequins in the shape of a flower in the middle of it:. Then I applied MAC Reflects Transparent Teal on the web- thingie, and again put sequins in the shape of a flower:. Finally I added small black rhinestones in the middle of the "flowers", applied black liner to my waterline, added some mascara, and some random falsies (FE129 from kkcenter HK). Then I put on a wig and attached some flowers to it, and the look was done. If you're planning to do this look for halloween (or any other event) remember to also add white to your ears (if they are showing) and neck...
