As always, start with priming your eye with your favorite primer:

Apply turquoise MUG Poolside eyeshadow to whole lid :

Then apply dark brown to crease (MUG Bada Bing):

Blend MUG Goddess & Mocha upwards from the crease:

Then add a hint of MUG Corrupt to outer corner and crease to bring a bit more depth:

Add a hint of MUG White Lies to highlight:

Then apply sticky base for the glitter, I used Fyrinnae’s Pixie Epoxy.
I carefully patted Pixie Epoxy to the lid:

And then carefully patted MUFE Diamond Powder #008 to the middle of the lid:

Same thing over the brown shadows with MUFE Diamond Powder #015:

I also added a hint of black MUFE glitter (#110) over the black shadow.
Then I lined my upper lashline with black liquid liner:

Then I lined my lower lashline with MUFE Aqua Eyes pencil #12L:

I blended the pencil with MUG Poolside, and liner my waterline with black pencil:

Then I just added mascara:

And the look is done!

If you’re anything like me, you like a little “bling bling” to celebrate your New Years!  It could be through accessories, makeup, and even hair.  I found these hair tinsels on Amazon to play around with something different for my hair- they’re super inexpensive, fairly easy to apply, and are temporary.  I picked up the color “copper brown” so they blend in my hair a bit (no, I’m not looking for shiny pink hair- it may clash with my outfit )   Even celebrities like Beyonce have been seen wearing these.

My only complaint with these tinsels is they can slide out of your hair if you don’t tie them well enough or if your hair is super fine.  It also takes a bit of practice to tie them in, so if you can recruit a friend to help it will be easier.  They come in several different colors ranging from blue to purple to even gold.  I still think these are super fun to wear!

So, this look was inspired by Kristen Stewart’s  NYC Twilight Eclipse screening back in 2010 :

First start with priming your lid with your favorite primer:

Then apply MUG Burlesque shadow to whole lid:

Then apply MUC Chickadee to crease , blended upwards :

Next apply MUG Corrupt to outer half of the lid, blend well:

Then the liner. Line both you upper and lower lashline, as well as your waterline:

Blend the liner on the lower lashline with using Burlesque:

Finally add mascara:

And the look is done!
