I use the Revlon ColorStay liner (which you'd think wouldn't do that!) and it still does that. Will eye primer rid me of that problem? Thanks! But you might be able to buy it online. Believe it or not, Avon has a really good liquid liner. It's available in black, brown, grey, and navy, I think.
