Finding the right blush has been the bane of my existence. I have oily skin so shimmer blushes and I are not the best of friends. I’ve always wanted Nars Orgasm or Deep Throat to work for me but they make me look to shiny even if applied with the lightest hand. Right now I am using either Smashbox Proof Sheet or Nars Amour depending on the look. I like these blushes but i don’t love them. I need to find a blush that i love. *sigh*

I LOVE the Dream Matte Mousse blush…I got it in Peach Satin the last time I was at the store and I tried it out….oh my goodness, now I can’t go without it, I love it so much.
Hi Marlena, I always have trouble finding blushes that look good on me. What would you recommend for an Asian medium yellowish complexion?

Unfortunately, I just purchased the Dream Mousse in Peach and I was not impressed at all
The colour sits extremely faintly on my skin, and all it does is leave tones of shimmer – which I am not a fan of either…oh well…!

Love MAC’s Gleeful! I just bought it last week because I wanted to try something different from the peach blushes I’ve been using. I was just a little upset because I went to one of the CCO’s in Orlando and I found the same blush for $14!!! Next time I’ll have to check out the CCO’s before I make the MAC purchases.

Hi marlena, am a HUGE fan. I am a african and live in kenya. Unfortunately have very few makeup artists so i was really excited to see your channel on youtube. your videos are informative, fun and really addictive! I am a makeup addict so it’s great to see new tips and tricks.
I have a problem (as am sure many dark skinned gals do) with getting great products that still look amazing on us without making uslook ashy or worse dead. Would love it if you’d do a review with products that suit dark skinned women, asians(especially those with darker tones). Especially blush, foundation and concealor. I looove blush but am usually disappointed with the lack of choice esp here also have problem finding contouring products that ACTUALLY look like i’ve contoured! Luckily MAC has started getting more available here in kenya as well as Iman, sleek and black opal.

Heya! A great blusher definetly my favourite that I’ve tried is benefit Thrrrrob its a gorgeous light pink perfect for really light skin tones just don’t use to much to avoid looking like a clown.!
