I was able to try out and pick up a lot of interesting goodies in the MAC Pro store while I was in Chicago and I also got some nice Barry M Dazzle Dusts from the UK not too long ago. Thanks for watching and I hope you find the reviews useful!

Hi Marlena. I love it when you post more than one video a week. I wish we can buy MAC pro prodructs here in Dubai. By the way, I was not aware of how good Urban Decay products were. I bought a few before watching your videos and I’m very sad now coz its discontinued in Dubai
On the other hand i now can call myself – after spending over 1000 dollars on MAC – that i’m indeed a MACgeek

I LOVED your makeup in this video, it was so elegant, I was wondering if you could make a video on this look, from base to lashes please please please i want to go for the same look for a wedding next weekend. Or if you have anything that is similar to what you did with your eyes already recorded could you send me the link? I just got the Coastal Scents so if you are wearing MAC could you please tell us the equivalent with CS? Please, love you!

So glad to know about the lipmixes- I currently have another line’s discontinued palette that was designed to customize lip colors- kind of like color corrector for your lipsticks. I checked and lip mixes come in similar shades: White to lighten dark colors, Black to darken light shades, Yellow to counter balance a too-pink shade, and blue to balance shades that are too orange/bronzey. These seem like they’d be great to custom create lip glosses too! Can’t wait to try them!
THANK YOU for finally discovering Barry M! You’re right, they are reasonably priced and are very popular here in the UK. The colours are amazing whether you want something really ‘out there’ or something more natural. I’m really looking forward to seeing you do some tutorials using these colours. There are quite a few MA’s out there using Barry M, so it would be interesting to see what look you come up with. Can’t wait! xx

I also really really really love your eye makeup in this video. Please do a tutorial on how we can do it too. The colours are beautiful.
May I also suggest that if you want matte eyeshadows, why don’t you pick up some Makeup Forever matte eyeshadows. The colours are incredible (and very highly pigmented) and I’ve been a dedicated fan for years. My favourites are #47 (a deep olive khaki colour) and #33 ( a slate grey colour). I have to say that the Makeup Forever eyeshadows are even better than MAC!!!

I’ve got one Barry M dazzle dust (orange) and have only used it once so far – can’t really wear orange to work! – but I was also impressed as a first time use. Range of colours is very good from what I’ve seen and very affordable. They’re £4.50 in the UK which is about $7 and I just checked the Barry M website and they say that they do ship internationally for those of you who live outside the UK – delivery is £8 (about $12) per order

I live in Paris but I’m in love with London and I’m lucky to go there really often and Barry M Dazzle Dusts are about 4 or 5 Pounds so cheap!!! I often buy my make up and beauty products in the UK, It’s a lot cheaper than in Paris and sometimes even for French brands!!!

I live in Britian and Barry M is what I use instead of MAC pigments because they are a small size and I know I would never get throught a full Jar of MAC pigment so instead I use Barry M and most of the time I can find colours to match or dupes for MAC so thats always a plus. In britian the Barry M Dazzel Dust are priced at £4.40 however most of the times there are deals and so its great and the colour range is great.

Barry M dazzle dusts are amazing, the pigmentation is immense. I am from the UK and I have used Barry M for as long as I can remember (10+ years).
I would defintely recommend 96 – I have blue eyes and it makes my eyes pop, people always comment if I have that on!!! Its a true yellow gold. Also I have 98 (dark purple) – I have pressed that over black gel eyeliner and it has an amazing effect for shimmer and softens the look for blue eyeshadow or purple looks. It looks amazing!
If you are in the US definitely buy these products, they are amazing, better than MAC pigments in my opinion, and a lot less expensive.

hi, can the barry m dazzle dusts be purchased online and delivered in the US? if yes , do you know their price in dollars?
Barry M Dazzle Dusts are £4.50 online or in the shops, but are often on 3-for-2 or 3 for £9.99 at Boots and Superdrug in the UK. They’ve just come out with some gorgeous new colours, like Parrot Green and Block Blue.
I just sold a bunch of mine on eBay and it only cost about £5 to ship 16 of them to the US – so the base shipping really isn’t very expensive, websites just inflate it. As I live in the UK, I’m happy to ferry across UK-only products to people in the US for no profit. A lot of my blog readers want Barry M or Sleek products which aren’t yet available stateside.

Hi Marlena, just wanted to say I love your YouTube Channel and one of my favourite beauty gurus around. Any tips with purchasing MAC and other high-end makeup brands from Ebay? There’s so many fakes out there and its sometimes hard to know the real from the fakes. Anyway keep up the fantastic work, you’re an inspiration to make up novices like me here in Australia.

I’ve been wanting to try the Dazzle Dusts, they are amazing, and very reasonable! I was curious to know if you are able to foil them as you would a MAC pigment? Also, being an American here in the UK, there are a few brands that I have discovered that are really inexpensive, especially GOSH and MEMEME. You can get them at any drugstore and they are definitely diamonds in the rough. Thanks! LOVE your vids
