Review: Too Faced Lockdown Eye Primer
Since the newest trend with some makeup companies has been colorful eye primers, I thought I would give the latest Too Faced Lockdown Primers a chance. There are 6 colors and have the same crease-free formula as the original primer.

Advantages:
- One step application of color and primer
- Easy to apply
- Beautiful color choices
Disadvantages:
- All the colors are shimmery
- Not a wide range of colors
Overall Opinion:
- Since these are a bit pricey, I would get 1 or 2 colors from this collection- not all are needed of course. But if you want a one step application of color plus primer, these are great! My favorites are “Prisoner of Love” and “I’m Guilty” as the colors are beautiful and will make eyeshadows pop a bit more on top.

I am incredibly interested in Bondage, Jailbait, and Prisoner of Love! I love MAC shadesticks because they give that foiled look to Bare minerals e/s, but they can be difficult to use. Do these give that same foiled look?

Okay Marlena I know you have to be hesitant to post anything that is not a tutorial because then we ALL ask you to show us how you did your eyes and what colors you used. So here goes, Im gonna ask it……what chou wearing on your eyes girl. Such a pretty neutral. I feel like since I have become a crazed youtube fan I often take the eyes a little too dramatic even at work. I could use some good ol fashioned neutral looks.

I agree with a lot of the other folks—what are you wearing on your eyes!? They look so amazing…and it looks like sometihing I could wear to work without looking over done. I am new to experimenting an doing new eye looks. It is taking me FOR-EVER to do my eyes lately. Some great neutral looks and true 5-10 min eyes from primer to finish…LIVE–both eyes. I need help! I want to look great and fashion forward but this is killing my time management.

Very new to your site and already I’m addicted! Have a request for a makeup look…The Real Housewives of NY has a beautiful woman on the show, I believe her name is Bethanny Frankel. There’s an episode, were she is out to lunch or dinner with the “Countess” and Bethanny’s makeup is just incred. She has sort of a sultry, very grey smokey look that seems to make her brown eyes more intense and I would love for you to check it out! OMG so i was out in santa barbara recently and i had a list of things i wanted and since marlena did a review on these i had to get one, and so i got bedroom eyes and i love it! I love watching makeupgeektv videos! ah she got me addicted to make up : ]
