Review: *NEW* Makeup Forever HD Cream Blush
What is it?
A super lightweight cream blush that is fresh looking and easy to apply! These new blushes from Makeup Forever come in 15 different colors ranging from the lightest of pinks to a deep coral.
Overall Opinion:
I love how smooth these feel on the skin! The colors are gorgeous and give you that healthy glow without feeling heavy like some cream blushes can. The only thing I don’t like is the pump can put out too much, so if you’re not as comfortable with applying blush, start with a mousse blush instead. Overall I think this is a unique and amazing product!

Thanks so much for the review, Im gonna order the Coral and Fresh Pink!
thanks Marlena! These numbers and colors don’t seem to match with what is on Sephora.com though?
NEVER MIND – I had to zoom in to see the numbers right, I couldn’t tell what 6 and 8 were!
I want the “light peach” and “warm pink”
Can’t wait to buy these =D
I would like to see a picture of you wearing it to see how is it in photographs and what´s the best way to you to apply it?
Marlena,
Do you know when these are going to go on sale – I was at Sephora 2 nights ago and they dont have it in stock yet.
Also, can you do a tutorial or review on your factorite face products, including faxe serum, creams, washes etc….?????
Thanks!
Kristen
I meant to say review of favorite face products, including face serums etc…for whatever reason I am having a hard time typing today
I would love to see you use one of these is a tutorial!!
please marlena can you do the makeup of nicole scherzinger in her bottle pop video??? its absolutely gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I really think you should go to Sephora and buy the Color Play- 5 in 1 Palette. This is really a really good limited edition blockbuster palette. It also includes matte colors and I know how much you love that(: Each separate palette pops out of the main palette into a travel palette for on the go. Each of the five separate palettes have ten eyeshadows, two lip glosses, and a blush.
They tried it on me at the Sephora store but the girl applied it really strongly and all the way up the sides of my eyes and I ended up looking like I had a massive rash. I was not at all impressed
Hi Marlena,
Great review. Do you think that these are actually worth the $25 price tag or can we still get away with Maybelline, NYX or MAC cream blushes?
Thanks,
Jessica
these are super tiny but you only need like 1/4 a pump and i personally don’t like maybelline’s mousse blush because its sparkly and the mufe are matte…i love mac and nyx cream blushes but these mufe dry smooth and last sooo much longer =)
Thank you so very much for this review – they really do look absolutely lovely! One thing that always disappoints me about cream formulations is the loss of pigment upon application, but these shades really do appear to have great levels of colour without being too much…but which one to choose???
These blushes are fantastic. I work at Sephora, and had some training from the MUFE artist at our store on application. She recommended using a stippling brush to apply, but I agree with Marlena on using fingers for sure. They are just as beautiful in person as they are in the picture. A great purchase for sure, and will last you forever!
I swached these @ Sephora, and WOW are they pigmented. I didn’t actually apply to my cheeks, but I think if I did, I’d look like a clown. A little goes a LONG way!
