I have a question pertaining to your make up (specifically your eyes) in this video. Is there a tutorial for that look out already or will there be one in the near future? You are ADORABLE!!! I was googling a smokey eye “Kardashian” look and I found your website!! Let me just say that I didn’t think I had OCD until now!! lol!! I seriously sat infront of my computer and watched EVERYTHING … from the tutorials to the articles…EVERYTHING!! I’ve always loved, loved, loved makeup, but since I’ve put on some weight I started to loose my desire to make myself look pretty! Well honestly you’ve inspired me to get my “bleep” together and get healthy, happy and beautiful again! I started back at the gym this week and I feel great! Just seeing what you can do with makeup really made me miss the looks I used to do on myself…so thank you!
I’m a MAC addict and I find it hard to stray b/c I love their makeup…BUT…I saw how much you used NYX and that you had a very positive opinion about it so I went out today and bought a few palettes, some singles, a few lipsticks and liners. I live in Canada and they didn’t sell any of the lipglosses or blushes at the stores in my city so I think I’m going to have to order a bunch of them from your store, I already have a few things on my wishlist.
I know that some people seem to be getting on you about the use of models in your videos, I think it’s just b/c you are SO enjoyable to watch, full of energy with a FANTASTIC laugh! But, ya gotta do what ya gotta do and as long as you keep putting up these amazing tutorials, I’m hooked 100%.

I love MAC makeup too, NARS is another fav of mine
NYX is good also, but my fav products from them are the 10 eyeshadow palettes and the lipglosses! Oh, and their blushes are pretty nice too if you like matte finish.
you look really nice today.. sitting infront of the window gives you a nice glow to your face.. love your makeup like always.. i still havent gotten a response on the smashbox cream liner palete.. just in case you havent read it i purchased it like 5 or 6 months ago.. and i tried using it once but it just didnt grab enough color idk what im suppose to do or spray on it some fix + … help please!
What I would do is take your brush and dip in eye makeup remover first, then dip in the palette- or you could take a clean toothpick and mix a teeny bit of makeup remover with the liner to soften it and make it creamy again. Try just 1 color to see if that works and let me know

They’re supposed to be in next week- my supplier keeps telling me they’re backordered, which I believe is because we’ve sold so many of them. I keep calling them every week to see when they’re in, so hopefully very soon!

Wow, Marlena I just wanted to say that I had never love makeup like I do now since I saw your video at You-tube- it’s being more then a year I see your tutorials anytime I want to do something different, you have being an inspiration for me and for many others I’m sure of that, I always being big size well got into using size 18, I started working on loosing some pounds because my boyfriend always make me feel I was big, he always looked at skinny good looking girls at all time even chat with them everyday, that depress me many time, I got up and decided on doing something to change my life and I did it because of me, with cutting off some junk food and walking on my lunch time, I lost a few pounds and came to your page every single day to learn tips on doing my makeup, just wanted to say that I gain lots of courage on making myself look different and I not only loose some pounds, but I also got rid of him, He made me no good at all, now he sees my change and doesn’t wants me to continue, but now better then ever wants to continue learning to motivate myself so I don’t go back to where I was. While surfing the web for India makeup looks I came across your site and I have to say I LOVE IT!!! I bought new brushes and stepped out to darker shadows and took tips from your tutorials. I have always wore makeup but as I get older, now 51, I am trying to find a good look for myself. I have dark hair and blue eyes so I have just ordered the pallet for blue eyes, I am very excited to try it out.
